Description

Shape security end-to-end—from processes and architecture through to technical implementation within development teams. Act as the central point of contact for technical security at the interface between development, operations, and Product Security. Develop cross-functional security solutions spanning IT applications, production-related OT systems, and on-premises and cloud-based AI systems, and establish a common security framework for a heterogeneous application and technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Shape security end-to-end, from processes and architecture to technical implementation within development teams
• Serve as central technical security point of contact between development, operations, and Product Security
• Develop cross-functional security solutions and drive implementation across development teams
• Work on security topics across IT, production-related OT, and on-premises/cloud-based AI systems
• Establish a common security framework for a heterogeneous application and technology landscape

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable technical field
• At least five years of professional experience in IT/OT security
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Broad technical understanding of software development, architecture, infrastructure, and operations
• Experience with secure software development and integrating security into development processes (ideally for production-related systems)
• Good understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, IEC 62443, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), EU AI Act)
• Structured, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical topics and distill them down to essential aspects
• Very good command of German and English
