Description

Design and develop scalable, sustainable SAP S/4HANA solutions, translating complex business needs into maintainable ERP architecture. Define solution architecture, data structures, and integration approaches in line with enterprise standards, while providing technical guidance to teams. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (including GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA) and support CSV and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, standardized solutions within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem

• Define solution architecture, data structures, and integration approaches aligned with enterprise architecture standards

• Translate Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management business requirements into SAP solutions

• Provide technical guidance to developers and consultants, promoting clean-code principles and architectural best practices

• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams to align technical solutions with business objectives

• Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA) and Computer System Validation (CSV)

• Support data governance, access control, traceability, and audit readiness

• Evaluate new technologies and SAP S/4HANA enhancements to improve performance and reduce technical debt

• Contribute to technology strategy, architectural roadmaps, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, ERP Architect, or similar technical leadership role in SAP S/4HANA environments

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and solution design for enterprise ERP systems

• Solid understanding of business processes for Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management

• Hands-on experience designing complex integrations and scalable enterprise data architectures

• Ability to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions

• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and conducting architectural reviews

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe; experience with Jira and ServiceNow

• Understanding of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and enterprise architecture principles

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with international/distributed teams

• Fluent English

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology or other highly regulated industries

• Knowledge of GxP, CSV, GDPR, and regulatory requirements such as FDA and EMA

• Experience implementing data governance, data classification, access control, and traceability standards

• Familiarity with enterprise technology roadmapping and SAP landscape modernization initiatives
