Description

Own and execute growth, activation, engagement, and retention strategies using data to deliver measurable results. Take full ownership of Klaviyo, including advanced automation, lifecycle flows, personalized communication, and campaign optimization. Build and grow an active community and manage performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run strategies for user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention

• Own Klaviyo: automation, lifecycle flows, personalized communication, and campaign optimization

• Design advanced behavioral, engagement-based, and lifecycle segmentation

• Build and grow a community of teachers, students, and parents

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, and other channels)

• Create onboarding journeys, reactivation campaigns, and triggered retention flows

• Analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, run A/B tests, and improve conversion and retention

Requirements

• Senior-level, hands-on Klaviyo expertise

• Advanced experience with segmentation, automation, conditional flows, and CRM strategy

• Proven ability to create meaningful user segments based on behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stages

• Strong strategic thinking and prioritization; ability to develop effective growth strategies independently

• Senior-level marketing experience, especially in performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing

• Native or near-native Czech proficiency with excellent written communication and copywriting

• Strong analytical mindset focused on measurable business outcomes

• Ability to independently own both strategy and execution

• Strong English communication skills

• Proactive, creative, and hands-on working style
