Description

You will provide first-line (L1) support for engineers using DELMIA and DELMIA Apriso, assisting with tool usage and day-to-day workflows. You will enter, maintain, and validate data in DELMIA/Apriso, analyze data flows between DELMIA, Apriso, and SAP to identify and resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to L2/L3. The role includes structured onboarding and training on the tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact (L1 support) for engineers using DELMIA and DELMIA Apriso

• Support users with tool usage and workflows in day-to-day operations

• Perform data entry, maintenance, and validation in DELMIA and Apriso

• Analyze data flows between DELMIA, Apriso, and SAP to identify and resolve issues

• Escalate complex cases to L2/L3 support

• Work on site in Friedrichshafen with structured onboarding and training

Requirements

• Degree in Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Informatics; or state-certified technician with a production background

• Initial experience with manufacturing/production tools (MES/PLM/ERP), ideally DELMIA, Apriso, or SAP PP/QM

• Motivation to learn new tools in depth and become a key user

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting users

• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel

• Business-fluent English; German is an advantage
