Description

You work as the first point of contact for customers, answering questions about our software by phone and in writing. You support customers with daily bookkeeping/accounting challenges and collaborate with product management, software development, and sales to define solution paths for optimal software use. You use modern AI-supported tools for research, analysis, and resolving customer requests, and you feed customer feedback into continuous product and service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions (phone and written)

• Support customers in daily accounting/bookkeeping challenges

• Develop solution approaches for optimal software usage with product management, software development, and sales

• Use AI-supported tools to research, analyze, and find solutions for customer requests

• Collect customer feedback, identify improvement potential, and contribute to ongoing product/service development

Requirements

• Completed training as a Steuerfachangestellter, Bilanzbuchhalter, or comparable qualification

• Ideally knowledge of annual financial statements (Jahresabschluss)

• Enjoy working with people and finding solutions for a variety of questions

• Interest in digital technologies, modern AI applications, and innovative software solutions

• Independent, service-oriented working style and active teamwork

• Very good German skills and good English skills
