Description

You will be responsible for the background system Patris and independently monitor, further develop, and optimize processes and interfaces. You will analyze business processes—especially Electronic Fare Management (EFM)—and support KA data exchange. The role also implements the digital ticket vision via account-based ticketing and optimizes workflows using process automation, including incident coordination with IT and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Own the background system Patris

• Monitor, further develop, and manage processes and interfaces independently

• Analyze business processes, especially EFM (Electronic Fare Management)

• Support KA data exchange

• Handle error/incident cases and coordinate solutions with IT and external service providers

• Implement account-based ticketing and the digital ticket vision in the systems

• Transfer and optimize workflows using process automation

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a similar field

• Experience in Business Process Management, particularly for sales systems

• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external service providers on software projects

• Experience in Second-Level and Third-Level Support

• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and teamwork
