Description

You will be the on-site technical contact and face for customers in the Southwest/Baden-Württemberg region. The role includes installing, configuring, and commissioning CTP/processor systems, providing on-site user training and technical consultation, and ensuring reliable system operation through repairs and maintenance. You will also support escalation management and coordinate service technicians and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Implement installation and customer projects for CTP/processor systems

• Install systems, bring them into operation, and configure them

• Train users and provide technical consulting on-site

• Perform acceptance testing

• Conduct repairs, as well as remedial and preventive maintenance

• Ensure high service quality and actively manage escalations

• Technically direct and support service technicians and service providers

• Advise internal teams (service and sales) and support customers technically

• Work closely with the global service organization

Requirements

• Technical education (e.g., technician or bachelor) in mechatronics, precision engineering, or comparable

• Experience in technical service or external field service is an advantage

• Knowledge of Windows and networking

• High customer orientation and enjoyment of direct on-site contact

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Willingness to travel within the Southwest/Baden-Württemberg region

• Fluent German and good English
