Description

Own technical product management for advanced mechanical cooling solutions deployed in AWS data centers. Define customer requirements and build product strategies and roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams and global suppliers to ensure products are production ready at launch for global deployment. Collaborate to deliver holistic product solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic plans for new mechanical solutions and methods to reach maturity for global deployment

• Develop and execute product roadmaps

• Capture the voice of the customer to understand technical and business requirements

• Build relationships with stakeholders (reliability, operations, design, compliance)

• Work across concurrent projects across multiple geographic zones

• Explain complex systems clearly and concisely

• Partner with global suppliers/manufacturers to design new products

• Review, update, and approve equipment submittals

• Contribute to global knowledge and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

• 7+ years of end to end product delivery experience

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

• 7+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams

• 5+ years of water treatment experience
