Description

You will develop and govern the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO/IEC 27001. You will steer enterprise-wide information security and risk management, and evaluate new technologies, cloud services, and digital initiatives for security, compliance, and risk. You will also support security strategies, policies, and standards, along with programs strengthening cyber resilience and security compliance, including NIS2, AI Security, AI Governance, and related regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic further development of the ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001
• Management and further development of enterprise-wide information security and risk management
• Assessment of new technologies, cloud services, and digital business initiatives for information security, compliance, and risk
• Support in further developing security strategies, policies, and standards
• Contribution to group-wide programs to strengthen cyber resilience and security compliance
• Work on future topics such as NIS2, AI Security, and AI Governance and related regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in information security, cyber security, IT risk management, or security governance
• Solid knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards, especially ISO/IEC 27001
• Experience in developing and implementing security governance and compliance requirements
• Advantage: certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CRISC, or comparable
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• High willingness to work, problem-solving skills, team and communication ability, and a goal-oriented independent working style
• Willingness for occasional business travel to German and international sites
