Description

You will help shape and continuously improve the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 27001. You serve as the central contact for information security topics and advise internal teams on implementing security requirements. In addition, you conduct IT risk analyses, ensure ISMS effectiveness through internal and external audits, and help build a modern, future-oriented security culture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to operating and continuously developing the ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001

• Act as the primary point of contact for information security questions and provide guidance to internal teams and departments

• Plan and perform IT risk analyses; assess information security risks and derive risk-based measures

• Ensure the ISMS remains effective by planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external audits and tracking follow-up actions

• Support team development and actively promote a modern security culture

Requirements

• Completed degree in IT or equivalent training with relevant professional experience

• Solid experience in information security, IT governance, IT compliance, and IT risk management

• Good knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIS-2, and KRITIS

• Team orientation, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to share knowledge and improve security processes

• Clear, goal-oriented communication; good German and English skills
