Description

You will develop and operate the organization’s ISMS based on ISO 27001, from information security policy creation to audit preparation. You will consult business units, train employees, and support projects by integrating security aspects early. In addition, you will conduct risk analyses and protection-need assessments, derive measures, and assist their implementation—plus contribute to business continuity and emergency management structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate the ISMS per ISO 27001, including information security policy and audit preparation support

• Advise specialist departments, train employees, and accompany projects to embed security requirements early

• Perform risk analyses and protection-need assessments; derive measures and support implementation

• Partner with the CISO Office to strengthen the link between organization, technology, and people

• Contribute to Business Continuity Management and emergency management development per ISO 22301

• Help drive organizational change toward a modern, service-oriented security and resilience culture

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 with practical experience in risk analyses, deriving measures, and preparing for audits

• Several years of professional experience building or running an ISMS or in a comparable position

• Desirable: knowledge in risk management, data protection, and emergency management

• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills; ability and desire to share knowledge

• Ability to explain technical topics clearly and motivate employees for security topics

• Fluent German
