Description

You will design tailored service solutions for large, non-standard customer projects during the tender phase, developing customer-specific service concepts based on requirements and existing standard services. The role includes evaluating third-party supplier offers, estimating FTE needs and material consumption, calculating the full cost of the defined service scope, and defining service pricing to optimize benefit and risk in alignment with Service Sales and Solution Units.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored service solutions for large, non-standard customer projects during tender
• Develop customer-specific service concepts using standard service components where possible
• Evaluate third-party supplier offers, maintenance activities, FTE requirements, and material consumption
• Calculate costs for all elements of the defined service scope
• Define service solution pricing using established methodologies and optimize benefit and risk for the organization

Requirements

• University degree (Masters, MBA, or equivalent) in Engineering, Science, or Business
• 10+ years of experience in managed service contracts, including multi-vendor environments
• 5+ years of experience in international matrix organizations and collaboration with global subsidiaries
• Strong skills in profitability calculations and risk assessments
• Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record in project management within complex setups
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure
• In-depth knowledge of service concepts and solution design
• Proficiency in data analytics, KPI definition, and performance management
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel internationally
