Description

Design, develop, operate, and continuously improve automation solutions that make business processes simpler, faster, and more efficient. You will build automation workflows using Python and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps), integrate enterprise systems, and evaluate AI/LLM use cases for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop solutions for more efficient workflows
• Develop, run, and optimize automation solutions with Python; create scripts, tools, and applications for business teams
• Develop interfaces and integrations between ERP, DMS, CRM, and other company systems
• Design and implement digital workflows with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and custom scripts
• Drive automation within the ERP landscape
• Assess AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs) for possible process improvements; trial new technologies and implement suitable solutions
• Collect requirements with business departments, develop technical solutions, and support implementation
• Document, maintain, and continuously enhance existing automations
• Contribute technical expertise to digitization and innovation projects, supporting solutions up to practical deployment

Requirements

• Completed IT education (e.g., application development or systems integration) or equivalent qualification
• Good Python knowledge
• Interest in process automation, digitization, and AI, with strong analytical and process-oriented thinking
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is advantageous
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations is advantageous
• SQL and database knowledge, plus ERP experience, are helpful
• Familiarity with XML/JSON and data processing
• Git and DevOps/CI-CD knowledge is a plus
• Interest in new technologies; willingness to learn independently; AI tool and LLM experience is advantageous
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication across departments
