Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions, from translating business requirements into technical workflows to building, testing, deploying, and supporting automations in production. Design, build, test, and launch reliable automations that are easy to maintain, documented, and connected to other systems. After go-live, monitor, resolve issues, and continuously improve solutions with strong ownership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and launch automation solutions

• Ensure automations are reliable, maintainable, and ready for production support

• Create clear technical documentation for each solution

• Connect automations with other systems and applications

• Support business users during acceptance testing

• Take ownership post go-live: monitoring, issue resolution, and improvements

• Promote good development practices, knowledge sharing, and reusable components

• Collaborate with business and IT colleagues, vendors, and other product teams

• Contribute to automation ideas and innovation initiatives

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on RPA development experience

• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism (required)

• Enterprise experience building, deploying, and supporting automation solutions

• Understanding of RPA solution design: reusable components, queues, exception handling, logging, and auditability

• Experience connecting automations with APIs, databases, and other business applications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, AI Foundry, Document Intelligence) is an advantage

• Working knowledge of .NET/C#, SQL, and basic-to-intermediate Python

• Experience preparing and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance tests

• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern development practices

• Clear communication skills, collaborative mindset, and strong ownership
