Description

You will administer and further develop the Microsoft-365 platform, with a focus on SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). You will design, develop, and continuously improve solutions to digitize and automate business processes. You will analyze and implement business requirements with stakeholders and support transformation/migration projects, including training and user support in the Microsoft-365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Administration and ongoing development of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Concept, development, and continuous improvement of digital and automation solutions for business processes
• Collect, analyze, and implement functional requirements in close collaboration with business teams
• Build and further develop information architectures, document repositories, and permission concepts within Microsoft 365
• Support transformation and migration projects; train and assist end users in the Microsoft-365 environment

Requirements

• Completed IT training (Application Development or Systems Integration) or equivalent; alternatively a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience in digitizing, automating, and optimizing business processes
• Strong communication skills with a structured and independent working style
• German skills at least C1 and English skills at least B2
