Description

You will support enterprise application management by helping maintain and improve corporate applications, and you will support analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes. You’ll assist with introducing new IT solutions, handle user requests as part of business support, and contribute to troubleshooting and data-driven reporting to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Application-Management team for enterprise applications
• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes
• Assist with rollout of new IT solutions and applications
• Handle user inquiries and support business support activities
• Create and maintain system and process documentation
• Support error analysis and resolution of system issues
• Analyze data and create reports/outputs for business decisions
• Work with tools for process automation and support digitization of processes

Requirements

• General higher education entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with good grades
• Interest in business processes and information technology
• Interest in ERP systems, applications, and digital business processes
• Confident use of MS Office
• Good communication skills in speech and writing, including English
