Description

You will develop and enhance platform capabilities for IAM, including roles, groups, tenants, and organizational structures. The position combines DevSecOps automation with Kubernetes and CI/CD and includes operating and optimizing platform components for availability, security, performance, and quality. You will also integrate standardized authentication and authorization interfaces (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML) and support product and specialist teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance platform capabilities for IAM structures (roles, groups, tenants, organizational structures)

• Implement DevSecOps and automate development, testing, and deployment using modern technologies such as Kubernetes and CI/CD

• Operate and optimize assigned platform components for availability, security, performance, and quality

• Develop and integrate interfaces and standardized authentication/authorization methods (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML)

• Provide technical consulting and support to product and specialist teams in using platform capabilities

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification with relevant experience

• Experience in software development, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or IT operations

• Knowledge of IAM, OIDC/OAuth2/SAML, API development, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and databases

• Analytical, structured, and independent working style; strong teamwork and communication skills

• German language skills at least B2
