Description

You will be responsible for operating, evolving, and supporting a CIAM platform. The role involves designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions based on OAuth2 and OpenID Connect, building user journeys for registration, authentication, authorization, and user administration, and investigating and resolving identity-related incidents. You will also develop and integrate backend components, REST APIs, and identity services using .NET and Microsoft technologies within a DevOps environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, continuously improve, and support the CIAM platform

• Conception and implementation of secure authentication and authorization solutions using modern identity standards

• Design and implement user journeys for registration, authentication, authorization, and user management

• Analyze and resolve incidents in identity management, authentication, and user management

• Develop and integrate backend components, REST APIs, and identity services using .NET and Microsoft technologies

• Contribute to DevOps operations including automated tests, CI/CD, deployments, and technical documentation

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent

• Several years of CIAM experience or strong long-term interest to specialize in this area

• Experience with Azure AD B2C (custom policies), Microsoft Entra External ID, Microsoft Graph API, and MSAL Library

• Very good knowledge of OAuth2 and OpenID Connect

• Knowledge of authorization concepts such as RBAC, PBAC/ABAC, and claims-based access control

• Knowledge of software and web development

• German and English proficiency (B2 or better)
