Description

Own end-to-end design for key AMPS product areas, shaping how customers and partner organizations interact with the platform across structured interfaces, conversational AI, and hybrid workflows. Lead design strategy from concept through launch, partnering with product management, engineering, business development, and sales to simplify complex procurement, licensing, deployment, and partner-management workflows. Evaluate and refine AI-assisted designs to ensure accessibility, design system compliance, and coherent interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design complex buyer and partner journeys across procurement, licensing, deployment, and operations, selecting the right modality (console, chat, agent, or hybrid)

• Own end-to-end design for significant AMPS experiences spanning web and AI-powered conversational surfaces

• Lead design strategy and deliver solutions from concept through launch using AI-assisted prototyping and rapid iteration

• Design chat-based and agentic AI experiences (dialogue flows, escalation patterns, transparency mechanisms, and failure states)

• Influence product direction by identifying design opportunities, producing functional prototypes, and shaping roadmaps

• Define interaction patterns, design standards, and reusable frameworks for graphical and conversational surfaces

• Drive cross-functional alignment through design reviews, live demos, and presentations to senior leadership

• Evaluate AI-generated design and code output for accessibility, design system compliance, and interaction coherence

• Mentor and coach designers through critiques and pair design sessions

• Partner with engineering to preserve design intent through implementation across traditional front-end and LLM-powered features
