Description

You will design, build, test, and operate platform services and APIs that provision, scale, and secure containerized compute on Azure for Agent 365 and Dynamics workloads. The role emphasizes hosting infrastructure engineering with container orchestration and isolation layers to keep tenant workloads secure. You’ll work closely across compute, networking, identity, and capacity—using telemetry and on-call ownership to improve reliability, deployment speed, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and operate platform services and APIs for secure, containerized compute provisioning and scaling
• Build and improve hosting using Azure Container Instances, Service Fabric, and Azure Kubernetes Service
• Work on networking, identity, and isolation layers (virtual network integration, subnet delegation, managed identity, container isolation) to meet security and compliance needs
• Own features end to end in a DevOps model (design through deployment, rollout, and live-site support)
• Participate in on-call rotation; troubleshoot production incidents and support root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews
• Use telemetry, logging, and monitoring to drive decisions on reliability, performance, capacity, and infrastructure cost
