Description

Build and operate AWS Frontier AI services that enable customers to use generative AI and agentic capabilities in secure environments. Drive technical issue resolution, improve resiliency and customer experience, and automate operational workflows across GovCloud and isolated regions. Requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to resolve contentious technical issues
• Develop, build, and operate Frontier AI services in GovCloud and isolated regions
• Dive deep into operational challenges, automate operational tasks, and build customer solutions
• Support security campaigns (e.g., blocked software, host patching) and parity programs
• Influence engineering strategy and architecture decisions; make data-driven improvements
• Support automation, process improvement, and large-scale deployment

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Ability to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency where you perform AWS work
• Experience leading design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
• Programming experience with at least one modern language (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust)
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes
