Description

You will be a strategic partner and right-hand support to retail top management, helping clients advance strategy and resolve critical project issues. The role includes end-to-end implementation and tailoring of the Veritico platform—covering workshops, data analysis, and enabling clients to order in the system with working capabilities for inventory planning, sales forecasting, promotions, and pricing. You will also lead change management by running workshops, training teams, and iterating based on KPI performance in live operations.

Responsibilities

• Work at the top-management level with client leadership and advise on retail strategy challenges

• Implement Veritico from first workshop to go-live and adapt it to the needs of specific stores

• Lead change management: workshops, team training, and ensuring adoption and proper functioning

• Own forecasting, promotion planning, cannibalization prevention, and inventory optimization

• Monitor KPI behavior in live operations and propose next iteration steps

• Manage English-language documentation and reporting for international clients and teams

Requirements

• Experience from retail or FMCG/CPG

• Understand store operations, warehouses, and headquarters (beyond presentations)

• Expertise in at least three areas: supply chain management, inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, retail planning, business analytics, or revenue growth management

• English at C1 level for meetings, documentation, and daily project operations

• Analytical and logical thinking; ability to identify insights from data

• Excellent communication; can explain complex topics to executives and planners

• Proactive mindset

• B driving license and willingness to visit clients

• Degree in economics/technology/mathematics or equivalent practice
