Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI/Kettle), including integrating data from multiple systems and optimizing data warehouse solutions. The project also includes developing an analytics-ready data environment using Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Fabric. You will create and tune advanced SQL queries and support data processing for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines with Pentaho Data Integration (PDI/Kettle)

• Build and optimize data integration processes from different systems

• Design and develop data warehouse structures and data models

• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries

• Develop and maintain data processing for reporting and analytics

• Process large datasets in varied formats (JSON, CSV, XML)

• Identify and resolve data quality and consistency issues

• Develop and optimize existing Data Warehouse solutions

• Participate in projects related to Microsoft Fabric environment development

• Work with business and technical stakeholders on requirement analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehousing

• Practical commercial experience with Pentaho Data Integration (PDI/Kettle)

• Very good SQL skills, including advanced queries and performance tuning

• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL processes

• Knowledge of relational databases and data warehouse architecture

• Experience integrating data from various sources

• Knowledge of Python

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data processing issues (quality/consistency)

• Independence and good communication skills
