Description

Build and maintain scalable credit applications for international banking operations. Own tasks end-to-end: analyze requirements, design specifications, develop, test, implement, and ensure compliance with group standards and regulatory requirements. Improve code quality through best practices, code reviews, refactoring, and continuous application maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design highly scalable credit applications for international banking
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Handle design and development work with estimation, planning, and status reporting
• Follow software engineering best practices and quality processes
• Work independently on assigned tasks and potentially mentor others
• Participate in code reviews and refactor for maintainability
• Maintain applications and drive continuous code-quality improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of Full-Stack Developer experience
• Strong Java 11+ (project runs on Java 17) and JDK 8+ experience
• Hibernate and JUnit experience
• Spring Framework (Boot, Batch, Security)
• RESTful microservices experience (2–3+ years)
• Angular 8+ (preferably Angular 14) experience
• JSON, XML, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (2–3+ years)
• SQL and PL/SQL experience; Oracle databases
• Solid understanding of Agile, web services, APIs, and microservices architecture
• DevOps principles and CI/CD tooling knowledge (e.g., Jenkins)
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• Legal right to work in the European Union
