Description

Build and extend systems in distributed microservice architecture and monolith architecture for claims reporting and processing. Participate in designing solutions, improving selected business processes, and maintaining software quality with an automated testing pyramid. Perform and participate in code reviews while collaborating daily in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand systems using microservices and monolithic architecture

• Participate in architecture design using modern solutions

• Improve selected business processes

• Develop and grow an automated testing pyramid to ensure quality

• Conduct and participate in code reviews

• Take part in Scrum/Agile ceremonies

• Collaborate with a knowledge-sharing, quality-focused engineering team

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of commercial Java experience

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA

• Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka

• Strong knowledge of SQL

• Knowledge of Angular

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Experience designing and developing microservices

• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs

• Ability to use AI tools supporting the software development process
