Description

Design, document, and execute test cases for complex software systems, including functional, regression, acceptance, and exploratory testing. Conduct API testing and basic performance testing, manage defects, and maintain test plans, suites, cases, and documentation in Azure DevOps Test Plans and Boards, ensuring traceability from requirements and user stories to test results and defect resolution. Support UAT by collaborating with business owners on acceptance criteria and by verifying Definition of Done criteria, including security scan and penetration test findings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience, with at least 5 years in software testing or a similar role
• Proven functional, regression, and acceptance testing experience for enterprise web applications
• Hands-on testing experience with SharePoint, SPFx, React, and .NET Web APIs
• API testing experience (e.g., Postman) and basic performance testing (e.g., JMeter)
• Strong practical knowledge of Azure DevOps Test Plans and Boards (test management and defect tracking)
• Experience maintaining traceability between requirements, user stories, test results, and related commits or pull requests
• Experience taking over test assets, regression suites, and testing environments from third-party contractors
• Understanding of Definition of Done criteria, including security scan and penetration test findings
• Experience working with business owners on acceptance criteria and organizing UAT
• Strong knowledge of software testing tools, test design techniques, and methodologies
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail
• ISTQB Advanced certification (or an internationally recognized equivalent accepted by the contracting authority) OR an additional 3 years of test design experience beyond the minimum
• English proficiency at least B2
• Availability for a knowledge-transfer period
• EU citizenship mandatory
