Description

You will design and build applications and databases, estimate effort and identify delivery risk, and plan/create/run tests. The role focuses on high code quality via code reviews and close collaboration with analysts, architects, UX designers, and testers within a Scrum process. The main technologies include C#, .NET Core, EF Core, Dapper, and distributed/event-driven architectures, with Angular 2+ knowledge as an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and create applications and databases
• Estimate workload and indicate risks or problems during implementation
• Plan, create, and execute tests for applications and solutions
• Maintain source code quality, including Code Review
• Provide technical and substantive support to other team members
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, UX designers, and testers
• Create technical documentation
• Deliver tasks according to applicable rules and the adopted SCRUM methodology

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of C# programming experience
• Very good knowledge of .NET Core and Visual Studio
• Very good knowledge of EF Core and Dapper
• Good knowledge of relational databases and PL/SQL (Oracle)
• Practical GIT knowledge (Gitflow)
• Very good practical knowledge of SOLID, CQRS, and DDD
• Practical knowledge of distributed architectures (microservices, modular monolith)
• Practical knowledge of event-driven systems (Marten is a plus)
• Practical knowledge of techniques for distributed transactions
• Practical knowledge of message brokers (IBM MQ)
• Ability to design a failure-resilient integration with external systems
• Polish language proficiency enabling smooth verbal and written communication
