Description

You will support the development of banking-sector solutions focused on microservices architecture, system integrations, and GenAI/AI engineering to streamline system analysis and automate selected tasks. The work includes analyzing and designing solutions, modeling business and domain processes, designing REST APIs, and implementing event-driven integrations with Kafka and RabbitMQ. You will also practically build AI agents and workflows using prompt engineering and RAG-based approaches with vector databases and MCP, including AI orchestrators and an AI Factory approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design IT solutions for a banking environment

• Model business and domain processes using UML/BPMN

• Design REST API contracts and system integrations

• Implement event-driven integrations with Kafka and RabbitMQ

• Create AI agents, workflows, and custom skills

• Perform prompt engineering and design AI workflows

• Build RAG-based solutions using vector databases and MCP

• Use AI orchestration frameworks and an AI Factory approach for deployments

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT system analysis and solution design

• Very good knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

• Skills in modeling processes/solutions (UML, BPMN, domain modeling)

• Experience designing integrations between systems

• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling

• Very good knowledge of Git and GitFlow

• Practical work in VS Code, GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode), and AI tools

• Experience building and using AI agents and custom skills

• Prompt engineering and AI workflow design experience

• Knowledge of AI orchestrators (Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar)

• Knowledge of AI Factory / GenAI Factory and AI solution deployment processes

• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and MCP servers
