Description

You will analyze and optimize internal processes by mapping current workflows (AS-IS) and designing target, more efficient workflows (TO-BE). You’ll identify improvement opportunities, estimate potential savings in time and workload (FTE), and translate business needs into concrete solutions. You will also define KPIs and SLAs, create simple dashboards for monitoring, administer Jira, and support implementation across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholder needs related to processes and translate them into actionable solutions

• Analyze and map current processes (AS-IS)

• Model and design target processes (TO-BE) that are more efficient

• Proactively find areas requiring improvement and propose solutions

• Assess improvement potential by estimating time and effort savings (FTE)

• Define and implement process performance measures (KPI, SLA) and build simple dashboards

• Administer Jira

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in process analysis and process optimization

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and propose sound solutions while constructively challenging incorrect assumptions

• Independence in choosing analytical tools/methods and forming recommendations

• Skill in identifying and eliminating process irregularities

• Proficiency in combining data from multiple sources

• Communication skills: explain complex topics clearly and understandably

• Responsible approach to working with confidential and sensitive data

• Practical knowledge of Jira
