Description

You will implement, configure, and develop cybersecurity solutions that protect IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include deploying security tools (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, EDR, DLP, PAM), performing security hardening, setting authentication and access controls, and running UAT/post-implementation testing. You will also verify effectiveness through vulnerability and network traffic analysis, support incident handling/root cause analysis, and automate parts of the implementation using scripts.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and implement security solutions (Firewall, SIEM, EDR, DLP, PAM)

  • Administer network and system security solutions

  • Perform security hardening of operating systems and infrastructure

  • Configure authentication and access control mechanisms

  • Run acceptance and post-implementation testing (UAT)

  • Verify effectiveness of implemented security measures

  • Conduct vulnerability and network traffic analysis

  • Prepare technical and post-implementation documentation

  • Support security incident handling and perform root cause analysis

  • Automate implementation tasks using scripts

  • Provide technical guidance on secure solution architecture

  • Participate in procurement processes for cybersecurity solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security with hands-on implementation and configuration of cybersecurity solutions

  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and network segmentation

  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments

  • Knowledge of containerization

  • Practical knowledge of system hardening

  • Very good knowledge of authentication and access control mechanisms (including MFA, Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth2)

  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys)

  • Knowledge of network traffic analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark)

  • Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash

  • Knowledge of information security standards and regulations (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, DORA, NIS2/UKSC)

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under time pressure during security incidents

  • Ability to communicate and transfer technical knowledge to users and administrators
