Description

You will work on CRM and CX implementation projects using the BSI Customer Suite. The role supports a transition from software development into technical consulting through a structured six-week academy, hands-on client work, and ongoing mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Configure and introduce CRM and CX solutions with the BSI Customer Suite
• Design data models, build interfaces, and integrate systems
• Align technical requirements with customers and business teams
• Take early responsibility for sub-projects

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable qualification, preferably technical
• 2–5 years of experience in software development, system integration, or technical consulting
• Motivation to move from development into consulting and a proactive execution mindset
• German language skills at C1
• Ability to travel nationwide across Germany
• Knowledge of Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Energy is beneficial
