Description

As an RPA Developer, you will design, build, test, deploy, and support automation solutions that are reliable, easy to maintain, and ready for production support. You will translate business requirements into technical workflows, connect automations with other systems and applications, and take ownership of solutions after go-live through monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and launch automation solutions

  • Prepare clear technical documentation for each solution

  • Connect automations with other systems and applications

  • Test solutions and support business users during acceptance testing

  • Own solutions after go-live: monitoring, issue resolution, and improvements

  • Support good development practices, knowledge sharing, and reusable components

  • Collaborate with business and IT colleagues, vendors, and other product teams

  • Contribute to new automation ideas and innovation initiatives

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on RPA development experience and understanding of business processes, solution design, and production support

  • Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience with Blue Prism (required)

  • At least 3 years of hands-on RPA development

  • Experience building, deploying, and supporting automations in an enterprise environment

  • Understanding of RPA solution design including reusable components, queues, exception handling, logging, and auditability

  • Experience connecting automations with APIs, databases, and other business applications

  • Working knowledge of .NET/C#, SQL and basic to intermediate Python

  • Experience preparing and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance tests

  • Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern development practices

  • Clear communication skills, collaborative mindset, and strong ownership
