Description

Design, develop, and productize perception software components for autonomous driving solutions. Build perception software, improve robustness, efficiency, and reusability, integrate components into working systems, and support verification, documentation, and ongoing upgrades. Deploy state-of-the-art perception DNN models to embedded platforms and evaluate improvements using real and synthetic benchmark data.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Write well-designed, testable code
• Integrate perception software components into a functional system
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Solve, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Stay aligned with project plans and industry standards
• Deploy perception DNN models to embedded platforms
• Analyze and improve systems using real and synthetic benchmark data

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of experience on embedded platforms for real-time applications as a Software Engineer/Developer
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
• Experience with test-driven development
• Disciplined, design-based approach to software development
• Proficiency in software engineering tools
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills

Benefits

• Base salary range: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD (based on location and experience)
