• Salary: 35,000–45,000 PLN net + VAT (B2B) or 32,000–40,000 PLN gross/month (UoP)

Description

You’ll partner closely with the Principal Architect and take end-to-end accountability for core React/Node.js/TypeScript interfaces and backend systems. In this operational leadership role, you’ll lead production-grade delivery, mentor engineers, and integrate frontier AI agents (LLM, neurosymbolic systems, and state machines) into secure, deterministic enterprise workflows.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale core enterprise systems and interfaces using React, Node.js, and TypeScript

• Provide technical leadership via extreme code ownership, world-class standards, and code reviews

• Mentor the engineering team to grow into independent problem solvers

• Integrate LLM agents, neurosymbolic systems, and state machines into complex enterprise workflows

• Act as the ultimate escalation point to unblock production during critical issues

Requirements

• 10+ years of hard-core software engineering experience with proven Lead/Principal/Expert responsibility

• Atomic-level expertise in React, Node.js, and the TypeScript ecosystem

• Hands-on exposure to frontier AI/LLM models and agents

• Extreme ownership mindset: proactively identify problems, design solutions, align resources, and deliver with certainty

• Strong leadership and mentoring ability; ability to raise team quality standards

• Business-oriented mindset focused on ROI and long-term value

• English at minimum C1 level
