Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of new software solutions. Drive improvements to technical standards and delivery processes, coordinate with Product Owners/Managers on roadmaps, and oversee solution implementation. Ensure compliance with Sightline platform technical standards and security requirements, and support production incident/problem management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of new components and features

• Propose improvements to technical standards and delivery processes; promote good practices with other Tech Leads

• Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers on product roadmaps; align with other Tech Leads and oversee implementation

• Lead and mentor Software Developers and Quality Analysts; support code and test plan reviews

• Monitor solution compliance with Sightline platform technical standards/security requirements; facilitate timely issue resolution

• Support DevOps tasks and help platform L3 Support troubleshoot and resolve production incidents/problems

• Stay current with AI and full-stack trends; adopt new AI frameworks, agent platforms, CLI toolkits, and industry best practices

• Leverage GenAI in daily work and educate others on effective ways of working

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software projects in a global environment with complex organizations

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Architect or IT Tech Lead applying Agile, DDD, microservices, CQRS, Clean Architecture, and SOLID

• Ability to communicate directly with business stakeholders/end-users and senior stakeholders

• Proficiency in RESTful web application development using C#/.NET and Python

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and M365

• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus
