Description

You will process technical data from Revit and convert it into inputs for manufacturing and assembly. You will create and develop Excel-based calculators and tools, set rules for product configuration, calculations, and technical parameters, and prepare BOMs, material requirements, production and assembly data. You will automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual work and errors, and incorporate product changes into the calculators and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Convert Revit data into manufacturing and assembly documentation

• Build and improve product calculators and digital tools (primarily in Excel)

• Define configuration rules, calculations, and technical parameters

• Prepare BOMs, material requirements, production/assembly data, and other technical deliverables

• Automate repetitive activities to reduce manual effort and error rate

• Update tools when products change

• Collaborate with engineering, design, production, TPV, quality, assembly, and IT teams

Requirements

• Technical or engineering education

• Advanced Excel knowledge

• Experience with technical calculations, product configuration, or technical data

• Understanding of manufacturing or assembly processes and ability to work with technical documentation

• Analytical and logical thinking with problem-solving ability

• Ability to understand relationships within a product and translate them into clear rules

• Independence, accuracy, and responsibility for data correctness

• Ability to communicate and collaborate across technical teams
