Description

You will ensure the quality of HR solutions by planning, executing, and coordinating testing activities for systems supporting HR processes. The role includes test and testing-environment management, manual testing based on scenarios, comprehensive testing for web applications, defect reporting (e.g., in Jira), and collaboration with developers to reproduce and fix issues. You will also participate in UAT, analyze requirements for testability, and validate regression results.

Responsibilities

• Manage tests and testing environments

• Manage deployment and release process

• Execute manual tests according to prepared test scenarios

• Design and perform comprehensive tests for web applications

• Report bugs and irregularities in IT systems using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira)

• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and resolve reported issues

• Create basic test documentation (test cases, test reports)

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Analyze business requirements for complexity and testability

• Run regression tests and validate fixes

• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance

• Ability to create test scenarios

• Ability to define and report test KPIs

• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., RTM)

• Knowledge of automation testing tools

• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements for their impact on the system and testability

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in Scrum teams

• English at least B2 (including creating documentation)

• Independence and proactivity

• Analytical thinking
