Description

You will join an international Agile product team delivering quality assurance and software testing. The role is primarily manual testing, while you gradually expand and maintain automated test coverage. You will validate business processes, execute exploratory testing, identify defects, and improve testing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual functional, regression, end-to-end, and exploratory testing

  • Validate business processes and product functionality

  • Design and document test scenarios using Gherkin/BDD principles

  • Identify, analyze, document, and report defects

  • Execute test cases and ensure proper coverage of business requirements

  • Contribute to automated test coverage using Java and Cucumber

  • Maintain and expand existing automated tests

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders within an Agile/Scrum team

  • Analyze complex business processes and identify potential quality risks

  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality practices

  • Contribute to overall product quality ownership

  • Perform data validation and reconciliation where required

  • Support ETL testing and SQL-based data verification where applicable

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience in Manual Testing

  • Hands-on experience with functional, regression, end-to-end, and exploratory testing

  • Experience writing test scenarios using Gherkin/BDD principles

  • Knowledge of Java and Cucumber-based test automation

  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and reporting software defects

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Ability to work effectively in complex business environments

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, quality-focused, and collaborative mindset
