Description

You will join an international Agile banking team delivering end-to-end mortgage testing across interconnected systems. The role focuses on creating and maintaining test scenarios and cases, validating system integrations and data flows, and performing manual functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. You will collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to track defects, support retesting, and assist release readiness and UAT activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements to identify test coverage, gaps, and integration dependencies
• Create and maintain comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing across UI, backend, and APIs
• Verify system integrations and validate data flows between interconnected applications
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers and perform retesting
• Plan and execute regression tests for each release to ensure system stability
• Participate in requirement refinement sessions and ensure acceptance criteria are clear and testable
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders
• Monitor test execution, report progress, and support release readiness and UAT activities

Requirements

• 8+ years of software testing experience, including extensive hands-on E2E testing
• Strong experience testing complex interconnected systems (frontend, backend, APIs)
• Ability to design comprehensive test scenarios covering complete business processes and critical user journeys
• Solid understanding of functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing techniques
• Hands-on REST API testing experience
• Experience analyzing business requirements and identifying testing dependencies
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and test management tools
• Experience with defect management, test reporting, and release testing
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Testing knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level
• Very good English communication skills for international stakeholders
