• Cooperation model: B2B contract (cooperation agreement signed directly with the contracting party)

Description

Senior QA Engineer role focused on end-to-end quality assurance for mortgage-domain applications and related ecosystems. You will design and execute functional and integration tests, manage defects, and support release readiness and UAT within an Agile delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end (E2E) testing for mortgage applications and surrounding ecosystems
• Analyze requirements, design test scenarios, write detailed test cases, and perform manual functional testing across complete user workflows
• Identify, document, and track defects (with reproduction steps); collaborate with developers; perform retesting and regression testing
• Review functional requirements for completeness and testability; participate in refinement sessions; ensure acceptance criteria are clear
• Validate integration points between system components, data flow across applications, and third-party integrations (functional perspective)
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners; join Agile ceremonies; report progress and provide testing estimates
• Produce test status reports and quality metrics; plan and execute regression per release; support UAT activities

Requirements

• 10+ years of software testing experience with strong background in the Mortgages domain
• Strong manual testing skills for Functional, System & Integration, API, and Pega
• Proven end-to-end (E2E) testing experience
• Working experience in Pega and REST API testing
• Testing knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level
• Experience defining, executing, and reporting tests using test management tools (e.g., qTest, Xray, HP ALM)
• Practical Agile team experience using Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and a proactive “tester mindset”
• Ability to work in an international, cross-country environment
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Advanced proficiency in both Polish and English
