Description

You will support, maintain, and develop Oracle Siebel CRM solutions, including production incident handling and troubleshooting. The role also covers analyzing business requirements with stakeholders, implementing change requests, and working with Oracle databases and PL/SQL code. You will provide technical expertise to optimize the system and maintain technical documentation while collaborating daily with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and develop Oracle Siebel CRM solutions

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues; handle production incidents

• Analyze requirements and closely collaborate with business stakeholders

• Design and implement system improvements via change requests

• Work with Oracle databases and PL/SQL code

• Support CRM integration with other corporate systems

• Provide technical expertise to optimize the system

• Create and update technical documentation

• Collaborate daily with distributed teams (business, development, integration)

Requirements

• Commercial experience with Oracle CRM Siebel

• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle RODOD

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database technologies

• Hands-on experience programming with PL/SQL

• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements

• Advanced troubleshooting and communication skills

• Practical English proficiency (min. B2/C1) enabling fluent written and spoken communication
