Description

Join a team implementing customer solutions for an Oracle-based product designed for extreme transaction volumes, high speed, feature richness, and high availability. You will take part in the full development lifecycle with analysis/design, performance tuning, testing support, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete development lifecycle

• Collaborate on analysis and design of requirements

• Perform performance tuning

• Provide development support for internal and customer testing

• Provide post-implementation support

• Participate in planning tasks and support team leaders in coordinating activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience with Oracle and PL/SQL

• Advanced English communication skills; fluent Czech or Slovak

• Openness and willingness to learn

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with OLTP systems

• Advanced Oracle performance tuning techniques

• Experience with Oracle administration

• Database release management experience

• Knowledge of UNIX; Shell scripting is an advantage

• Experience with other technologies (e.g., integration patterns) is beneficial

• Knowledge of payments processing in banking environment, especially SEPA and SWIFT

• Knowledge of ISO20022 standard and its practical usage
