• Focus: Greenfield e-commerce frontend architecture and end-to-end feature delivery

Description

You will own frontend architecture and build the new e-commerce experience in Next.js, React, and TypeScript, including the customer purchasing journey and customer panel features. You’ll ensure production-grade performance and accessibility for an always-on system (Core Web Vitals, error monitoring, and effective testing). You will deliver end-to-end features with backend and business teams in a spec-first workflow supported by AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend architecture: state, data fetching, component boundaries, and SSR/SSG/ISR vs client rendering decisions; align with the design system approach

• Build the new e-commerce frontend: purchase flow, customer dashboard (diet calendar, plan changes, payments), and later tools for production and logistics

• Maintain production performance, availability, and quality: Core Web Vitals, error monitoring, and tests that catch real issues

• Deliver end-to-end features with backend and business (including Node.js and API work when needed)

• Work spec-first with everyday AI tools while maintaining quality

• Improve team capability through demos, learning, and code reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience, including strong React + TypeScript in customer-facing products

• Production Next.js experience: routing, caching, and correct server/client rendering decisions (SSR/SSG/ISR)

• Ability to design and defend a testing strategy (unit vs integration vs e2e, plus what not to test)

• Strong performance and accessibility instincts (Core Web Vitals, avoiding keyboard/screen reader blockers)

• Ownership mindset to drive features end-to-end and return to business and design with questions

• Communicative Polish language skills
