Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for Citrix and Terminal Server environments
• Manage tickets and resolve incidents
• Deliver operational support of Citrix farms
• Perform configuration changes and maintenance activities
• Execute releases, updates, and deployments
• Directly communicate with German-speaking clients and users
• Collaborate with internal support and infrastructure teams

Requirements

• Fluent in German
• Experience in second-level support
