Description

Own and drive parts of the global CRM product roadmap for Salesforce. Translate commercial requirements into structured features, user stories, and priorities, and work closely with stakeholders across markets and IT delivery teams to ensure alignment on global standards and local needs. Ensure measurable business outcomes by driving rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement with a strong governance and standardization mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive parts of the CRM product roadmap

• Gather and understand business needs from commercial stakeholders

• Translate requirements into user stories and prioritized features

• Ensure global standards align with local market needs

• Lead rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement

• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, CRM Product Manager, or equivalent CRM product ownership background

• Solid technical knowledge of Salesforce (architecture, integrations, data models, security, reporting, automation)

• Ability to bridge business and technology by translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

• Strong prioritization and product management capabilities based on business impact, strategy, and platform sustainability

• Governance and standardization mindset (fit-to-standard, minimize unnecessary customization)

• Change management and stakeholder leadership experience across multiple countries and functions

• Understanding of Salesforce integration with other business systems and data flows
