Description

You will plan, develop, test, deploy, and optimize digital solutions—from analysis through implementation and improvement. The curriculum covers modern programming with clean, well-structured code and core CS topics such as algorithms, data structures, databases, operating systems, networks, and IT security. You will also learn to collaborate on IT projects, present solutions clearly, and support existing applications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, test, deploy, and optimize digital solutions
  • Develop software using modern programming languages; write clean, structured code
  • Work with algorithms, data structures, databases, operating systems, networks, and IT security
  • Use practical tools and technologies (version control, ticket systems, development environments, cloud and server environments)
  • Support existing applications and implement new features; help digitize processes
  • Participate in agile team-based IT project planning and solution presentation
  • After the program: plan, program, test, and further develop software; analyze and fix errors; implement new features
  • Contribute to digitization, automation, and optimization of business processes; structure and evaluate data; support IT security; translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

  • (Subject) upper secondary school diploma (Fach-)Abitur with at least 2.6 overall
  • Good German and mathematics skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Interest in IT technical contexts and processes
  • Comfort with numbers and IT fundamentals
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Interest in logic and analytical thinking; ability to solve complex problems
  • Interest in IT, programming, and digital technologies; initial experience via school, personal projects, or internships is advantageous
  • Persistence in troubleshooting, setbacks, and debugging
  • Careful, structured working style and ability to learn new topics
  • Teamwork skills, strong communication, and enjoyment of building digital solutions together
