Description

You’ll combine academic study with hands-on work in systems integration for banks and financial services. The role focuses on analyzing processes, developing and automating IT solutions, supporting system users, diagnosing and resolving issues, and helping keep systems secure and stable. You’ll also collaborate on projects, attend technical events, and use modern technologies—including AI tools—in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize complex IT systems
• Analyze processes and develop tailored IT solutions with your team
• Automate system processes for more efficient operations
• Advise and support specialist departments and IT system users
• Analyze and fix incidents using diagnostic systems
• Contribute to secure and stable system operations
• Work on IT operations for large infrastructure environments
• Participate in system integration projects
• Use AI tools and implement ideas with modern technologies
• Attend onboarding weeks, seminars, talks, hackathons, and technical workshops
• Connect and collaborate with other trainees and dual students

Requirements

• Abitur or Fachabitur (completed or expected)
• Interest in IT and economic/business contexts
• German proficiency at least C1 and good English skills
• Ability to work through complex topics thoroughly
• Enjoy teamwork
• Willingness to complete the dual study program in Business Informatics (Systems Integration)
• Interest in operating systems, databases, IT security, and business fundamentals
