Description

You will configure, administer, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure it runs reliably and securely. You will support planning and implementation of network projects and expansions, improve network security, and document configurations, changes, and incidents. In addition, you will contribute to data center and server operations and lead a six-person team.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain network infrastructure
• Support planning and implementation of network projects and expansions
• Ensure stable and secure network operations
• Continuously develop and optimize network security
• Document network configurations, changes, and incidents
• Participate operationally in data center and server operations
• Lead the team and drive targeted development of six employees

Requirements

• Completed IT training or comparable degree (e.g., Informatics, Business Informatics)
• Several years of experience in network administration
• Ideally: first experience in team leadership
• Good knowledge in at least one of: firewall systems, network topologies (e.g., Ethernet, WLAN), routing & switching, VPN technologies
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and high engagement
