Description

As a Senior Service Designer, you will investigate current enterprise ways of working, map AS-IS states, and define TO-BE workflows to find high-impact opportunities across the Food Systems Alliance. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operational stakeholders to design, prototype, and validate scalable solutions aligned with the Enterprise Design System. The role focuses on service design and does not include people management.

Responsibilities

• Run strategic Definition Sprints to uncover user needs, validate hypotheses, and define technical next steps for design and development

• Map current enterprise processes and systems (AS-IS), identify friction points, and design optimized workflows (TO-BE)

• Provide technical guidance to other enterprise designers on service design and prototyping methodologies

• Analyze user journeys and workflows for Recipe Developers, Menu Planners, and Buyers; align technical needs and advocate for operational user needs

• Develop and align design concepts and prototypes with the Enterprise Design System for scalability and consistency

• Partner with Product Leads, engineers, and researchers to elevate UX solutions and challenge broader assumptions

• Create UX/UI flows and experiences for complex enterprise problems with clear, user-centric solutions

• Facilitate clear cross-team communication using structured storytelling to articulate technical direction and design decisions

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, particularly in enterprise or B2B contexts

• Proven track record applying structured service design methodologies: Definition Sprints, AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, and Service Blueprinting

• Experience leading design projects and providing technical guidance and quality standards across cross-functional teams

• Portfolio demonstrating impactful enterprise experiences and high craft execution

• Expertise in visual design, interaction design, UX writing, and UI design

• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with relevant prototyping and service design tools

• Excellent communication skills in English
