Description

Contract opportunity for a Policy Engineer to join a project focused on an Enterprise Agent Development Platform. The work emphasizes security engineering and IAM/access control, including policy authorization and Policy-as-Code.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement authorization policies and access control mechanisms
• Apply Policy-as-Code approaches to security and authorization decisions
• Support secure agent-to-agent (A2A) authorization and access control where applicable

Requirements

• 3+ years in Security Engineering or Backend Engineering
• Strong IAM knowledge: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, ABAC
• Experience with authorization policies and access control frameworks
• Policy-as-Code experience with Cedar, OPA, or similar
• Python experience
• Fluent English
• EU-based location (preference for Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, or Croatia)
